Clean and faultless place. A couch and terrace in the room, stunning and super location. Particular good mention to the absolutely amazing personnel from the porter who took our luggage to the room. Excellent and outstanding continental breakfast.

David
Perfectly clean hotel, the staff was genuinely helpful.
We had a very special time. Top-class place & brand-new room that was top quality. The breakfast was nice hot and delicious, and included slices of fresh bread and cereal. We booked a room with a nice bed, a balcony, a lounge area, and a couch. Everything was first-class, but a few employees were really slow.

Thoroughly enjoyed nice hot and delicious breakfasts, and perfectly clean hotel.
As for me, the location was beautiful, just next door to the shores of Lake Wakatipu, the restaurants/shops and the downtown. It also was in the city center.

Got really well appointed apartment with balcony when arrived, loved that. The breakfasts were good hot with bacon and amazing views, as for instance. The location offered was spectacular and best possible not far from the center, the mountains and lake, and restaurant.

The room was nicely furnished, with smoke detectors and picturesque views of the lake. It had a luxurious bathroom and a lounge, terrace, and a couch. The hotel was placed in the central location unable to eat at the restaurant.

large room, deco very sleek and excellent spa bath, very efficient restaurant manager who was also the solo waiter and wine sommelier in the full restaurant
booked a mountain view room but it is really a room looking across other hotel rooms with small mountain tops at a distance above the block of hotel rooms, would have to draw the binds for privacy all the time, had to pay extra $50 a night for a lake view and privacy, would be more accurate to advertise room with no view, requested room to be serviced before lunch as I require to return to the room to do some work , the request could not not be confirmed by reception because housekeeping might be very busy

Room upgraded to Lake View which was so nice that I stayed 5 days instead of the original planned 3. Room itself had very comfortable sitting areas and bed and was very spacious. It is about a mile out of the town centre so you need to take this into account.
The access to the rooms is a bit confusing and 'concrete jungle' but you have your own front door into the room/apartment. Also the ramp access to the car park is very steep but it is on the side of a mountain.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were very responsive, and the concierge, Paivi, was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect tour for me. The hotel offers a free shuttle, which made getting around so convenient. The view from my room was absolutely fantastic, and I especially loved being able to bike along the lake path right from the hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel pampered during my stay.
Couldn't stay longer.
